أهم 100 سؤال فى مادة الفيزياء لغات - الجزء الثامن FIRST; Definitions 0f the basic concepts
A-
1) Materials that can flow and doesn't have a definite shapeThe fluid
2) The ratio between density of pure matter in a given temperature to the density of water at the same temperature
Relative density
3) The average force acting normally on a unit surface area surrounding to a certain point
Pressure at a point
4) The pressure arising from the weight of mercury column at a height 0.76m and cross-sectional area of 1 m2 at 0o C
Standard atmospheric pressure
5) Maximum value of blood pressure when cardiac muscle contracts, Systolic blood pressure
6) Minimum value of blood pressure when cardiac muscle relaxes.
Diastolic blood
7) A Pressure applied to a liquid enclosed in a container transmitted undiminished to every portion of the liquid and to the walls of the container.
PASCAL's principle
8) The ratio between the forces acting on large piston of the hydraulic press to that acting on the small piston.
Mechanical advantage.
9) A body immersed wholly or partially in a fluid (liquid or gas) experiences by a buoyant force (up thrust force) in a vertical upward direction equals to the weight of the volume of the fluid displaced by the body.
Archimedes principle
10) The difference between the weight of the body in air and its weight when it is wholly immersed in a liquid .
Buoyant force
B-what is meant by each of the following;
1-The specific weight of aluminum =2.7
The ratio between aluminum density at a given temperature to water density at the same temperature is 2.7
2-The normal atmospheric pressure at sea level=1.013 bar.
The atmospheric pressure is equivalent to the pressure produced from a force of
1.013 x105 N acting normally on a unit area at the sea level.
3- The difference in pressure of the trapped air= 0.01 atm.
- the pressure of the trapped air > atmospheric pressure with 0.01 atm.
4-The mechanical advantage of a hydraulic press=20
The ratio between the area of the large piston to the area of the small piston in hydraulic press =20
5-The buoyant force on a floating body equals 10 N.
The weight of the displaced fluid when the body wholly or partially immersed =10N.
6-The ratio between the immersed volume of the body in water to the total volume =0,6
. The specific weight of the body =0.6
7-The blood pressure =110/90
The ratio between systolic and diastolic blood pressure =110/90
